SASHA BANKS IS FIRED?

Sasha Banks has been away from WWE programs and rings since May, after the controversy she got involved with along with Naomi. In a somewhat unexpected way, during the early hours of this Thursday, news began to emerge that "The Boss" had been fired from WWE. 

However, as the hours passed, more details began to be known about this whole situation involving the popular fighter. 

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful and Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer were unable to ascertain the veracity of the information brought first hand by Raj Giri of Wrestling Inc, leaving it up to the air whether or not the fighter was fired. However, the Fightful journalist stated that he also did not get any denials from his sources within WWE. 

 Andrew Zarian of the Mat Men Pro Wrestling podcast stated that he was unable to get confirmation that Sasha Banks would have left WWE, but that he was told that the wrestler's lawyers were working to make that happen. 

Sasha Banks remains on the roster page of the WWE website and is associated with SmackDown, despite being suspended.
