TONY KHAN WANTS TO BUY WWE?

In a new stage of the soap opera involving the possible sale of WWE, we previously reported that Tony and Shahd Khan, who in addition to owning AEW also own Fulham FC and Jacksonville Jaguars, would be interested in buying the Stamford company.

In a new report made available by CNBC, Tony Khan's idea is to merge WWE with AEW if the deal is successful, with him even going so far as to agree to keep Vince McMahon in some major role. As previously reported, McMahon is only interested in closing a deal with a company that keeps him in “command” of the WWE.

Although it is too early to speculate on the subject, it would be much more viable, at least as far as the pro-wrestling industry is concerned, a merger with AEW than a sale to Saudi Arabia, however, financially speaking, it is practically impossible to cover one possible proposal coming from the Saudis.
