Since its inception, Judgment Day has established itself as much more than just a WWE villain stable. Even after the departure of important names like Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley, who went solo after betrayals and internal disputes, the group remains alive and strong, proving its incredible capacity for reinvention. But why doesn't Judgment Day end? One of the reasons given for Judgment Day's longevity is its cohesive structure. Unlike other recent stables, Judgment Day has a very well-defined identity, both in its gimmick and in the name and positioning of each member. WWE ANNOUNCED THE RETURN OF THE SLAMMY AWARDS CEREMONY

Scheduled for Sunday, April 7, this year's edition will be broadcast live on WWE's official YouTube, X, Facebook, Twitch and TikTok channels. Fans attending WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, will also be able to participate live as part of the interactive WWE World experience.

 The presenters will be Big E, New Day's representative wrestler, and Cathy Kelley, backstage reporter, with the expected participation of other wrestlers and cast members. The voting, open to fans, is now available and lasts until Wednesday, March 27th.

 The last Slammy Awards took place in December 2020, naming Drew McIntyre as “Male Superstar of the Year”, and the Boneyard Match between Undertaker and AJ Styles as “Fight of the Year”.

 The tradition began in 1986, with WWE holding the ceremony periodically over the years. Among the winners are legendary names such as Junkyard Dog, Diesel (Kevin Nash), Beth Phoenix, John Cena, CM Punk and Owen Hart.

 For 2024, the categories, which will elect the best of the last year, will be as follows: “Female Superstar”, “Male Superstar”, “Entry”, “Return”, “Stable”, “Rivalry”, “NXT Superstar”, “Fight”, “'OMG' Moment”, “Social Media Star”, and “Revelation”.
