Before the match in the quarterfinals of the Queen Of The Ring tournament, between Bianca Belair and Tiffany Stratton, on SmackDown, rumors began to emerge that "EST was pregnant. This is due to a change Montez Ford made to his Twitter/X bio, changing it to "Father of 3", along with several suggestive emojis. This raised speculation, as the fighter only has a daughter with the fighter and a son from another relationship.

The rumors became so big that they even attracted the attention of Montez Ford's longtime partner, Angelo Dawkins. In response to several posts on Twiiter/X that talked about the rumor, the fighter mentioned each of them with dozens of laughing emojis.

When Bianca Belair made her entrance, Angelo Dawkins joked about the fact that the Jutadora had supposedly given birth right before fighting on the show. Since SmackDown, Montez Ford has continually updated his biographies on Twitter/X and Instagram to increase the number of children he is believed to have fathered to 11.
