KAIRI SANE AND JD MCDONAGH ARE CLOSE TO RETURNING TO WWE

Good news is on the way for WWE fans, after months away due to injury, Kairi Sane and JD McDonagh are getting closer to returning to the ring.

Kairi Sane, who injured her arm and was removed from the tournament for the Intercontinental Women's Title, is in the final stages of recovery. The injury, although kept secret by WWE, required a prolonged period of absence for the Japanese, who had been standing out alongside Asuka before the unforeseen event.

JD McDonagh, a member of Judgment Day, also suffered an injury on an episode of RAW, after a risky suicide dive that ended with him colliding with the commentary table. Since then, the Irishman has been absent from the weekly shows.

According to PWInsider, the expectation within WWE is that both will be cleared to compete again soon, reinforcing their respective groups. Meanwhile, Asuka remains out of action, and McDonagh's teammates — Finn Bálor and Dominik Mysterio — remain in the spotlight, being tipped to fight for the Intercontinental Title at WrestleMania 41.

The possible return of Kairi and JD could shake up the scenario heading into WrestleMania even more.
