KEVIN OWENS IS OUT OF WRESTLEMANIA

During Friday's episode of SmackDown, Kevin Owens shocked the audience by announcing that he will need to undergo neck surgery and, as a result, will be out of WrestleMania 41.

The revelation came after General Manager Nick Aldis called the “Prizefighter” to the ring. Aldis highlighted the fine line between being okay and never being able to wrestle again, setting the stage for Owens' heartfelt speech.

Visibly shaken, Kevin said that he has been wrestling for 25 years and has always given his all every time he steps into the ring. He said that he has been able to support his family with his passion, but that now he has to pay the price for it. The Canadian revealed that he has been dealing with a neck injury for the past four months and that the only solution is surgery.

The wrestler especially regretted the fact that he will not be able to face Randy Orton at WrestleMania 41, as planned. He thanked WWE for the opportunity to speak in front of the fans and, with no return date set, apologized for leaving the ring at such an important time.

Kevin Owens is now taking an indefinite hiatus while WWE and fans hope for his full recovery.
