WWE broadcast another edition of NXT on the CW Network this Tuesday, from the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, leading up to the Great American Bash on July 12. BECKY LYNCH IS NOT UNDER CONTRACT WITH WWE.

For the first time since 2013, Lynch is a free agent, the Fightful Select reported that the star's contract with the company expired at midnight on June 1, Lynch ended her last storyline with the company on the May 27 edition of Raw when she failed to regain the Women's World Championship from Liv Morgan in a Steel Cage match.

According to Fightful, WWE has communicated that it wants to continue working with The Man, and many of those close to the star believe that she has no intention of going anywhere else, despite being expected to receive lucrative offers to do so.

Before her contract expired, it was reported that Becky Lynch plans to take an “extended leave of absence” from WWE. According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, the star was seeking an extended period away from the road.  Meltzer speculated that with her husband, Seth Rollins, currently out of action and at home following knee surgery, it “makes sense” for her to take some time off.
