DUSTIN RHODES TO TERMINATE HIS CONTRACT WITH AEW

Dustin Rhodes is one of the most experienced wrestlers still active, and is currently the ROH World Tag Team Champion and ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champion alongside Sammy Guevara and the Von Erichs. On Thursday, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful reported that Dustin Rhodes' contract with AEW has ended, making him a free agent.

"The Natural" hasn't wrestled since ROH on September 25, but he hasn't left the company yet. The journalist explained that the two parties are in negotiations, but that they haven't reached an agreement yet. This is not the first time in AEW that a wrestler's contract has ended while he is champion, having already happened with Jon Moxley and Bryan Danielson.

Still, at a time when Cody Rhodes has been talking about a possible induction of his brother into the WWE Hall of Fame, it can be speculated that Dustin Rhodes could be leaving Tony Khan's company.
