RHEA RIPLEY OFFICIALLY INJURED

During Tuesday's NXT, an unexpected attack by Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez on Rhea Ripley took place, which left the Australian bleeding. On Wednesday, it was revealed that "Mami" fractured her right orbit and will have to stay away from WWE programs for an indefinite period of time.

As soon as this injury was announced, there were questions as to whether it was legitimate or if it was kayfabe and an excuse to keep Rhea Ripley off the shows. On the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer confirmed that the Australian did indeed fracture her right orbit.

The journalist was unable to determine exactly when the injury occurred, but he was told that it occurred during the brawl between Rhea Ripley and her rivals, on Raw on October 21. Nothing is known yet about her recovery time, but if she recovers in time, Rhea Ripley becomes the favorite to win the 2025 Women's Royal Rumble Match.
