HURRICANE MILTON HITS WWE IN FLORIDA

Tropicana Field, the arena that previously served as the WWE ThunderDome and hosted several premium live events, has suffered significant damage as Hurricane Milton barrels through Florida. Residents in the area have been advised to evacuate as the Category 5 storm is expected to cause damage. The hurricane made landfall in Florida on Wednesday night, bringing tornadoes and flooding, as well as storm surge. According to the BBC, millions of people are without power due to the catastrophic effects of the storm.

Images captured by residents show that the roof of Tropicana Field was ripped off by the high winds, with debris scattered throughout the arena. The baseball stadium was also the venue for the 2024 Royal Rumble. Due to the expected damage and disruption caused by Hurricane Milton, WWE has postponed several NXT live events that were scheduled to take place in the area.
