STEPHANIE VAQUER IS ABOUT TO SIGN WITH WWE

After her match against Mercedes Mone in Forbidden Door, it was reported that AEW and WWE made proposals to sign Stephanie Vaquer. This Wednesday, CMLL made a statement on its official X/Twitter page, announcing the Chilean fighter's immediate departure from the company.

In the statement from the Mexican company, it can be read that Stephanie Vaquer chose to leave CMLL and NJPW immediately, having cited personal reasons for her departure. It was also revealed that the CMLL World Women's and World Women's Tag Team Championships were vacant with the fighter's departure.

Shortly after this statement was released, Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp revealed that he spoke to sources within AEW and that Stephanie Vaquer will not sign for the company and that everyone believes the Chilean will sign for WWE.
