TYLER BATE INJURED WILL ONLY RETURN IN 2025

During the July 8 episode of Raw it was revealed that Tyler Bate suffered an injury during a match on NXT. On this Monday's episode of Raw, Pete Dunne, Tyler Bate's tag team partner, turned heel by surprisingly attacking Sheamus, after his fight against Bronson Reed.

Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp provided an update, noting that the decision to pit the "Bruiserweight" in a feud with Sheamus was made shortly after the other half of the New Catch Republic was injured. The journalist stated that Tyler Bate is not expected to return to WWE during 2024 and therefore, WWE wanted to highlight Pete Dunne solo.
