WWE AND TNA OFFICIALIZE LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP
WWE and TNA have established a partnership in 2024, with wrestlers appearing on both companies' shows, especially NXT and Impact. In recent months the partnership has been on hold, until this Tuesday's NXT, when TNA Knockout's World Champion Masha Slamovich appeared on the WWE show.
On Thursday afternoon, in a statement made on TNA's official website, a long-term partnership between the company and WWE was made official, so that the fighters can continue to appear on NXT and Impact. The statement reads that WWE and TNA have reached a long-term agreement so that the partnership between the two companies will continue.
The focus of this partnership will continue to be the appearances of NXT and TNA fighters on the other company's programs, as already happened in 2024. In an interview with ESPN, NXT manager Shawn Michaels also addressed the officialization and revealed the objectives of this partnership.
"We are excited to grow and evolve our partnership with TNA Wrestling and its incredible roster of athletes, creating new opportunities for our wrestlers to develop and elevate the experience for viewers at home."
