VINCE MCMAHON RECEIVES LAWSUIT

The last few days have been incredibly hectic in WWE, something that started with the return of Vince McMahon to the company. This Tuesday, Stephanie McMahon resigned from her position and, shortly after, Vince McMahon returned to be the Executive Chairman of WWE.

Already during the early hours, it was news that WWE could be sold to a public investment fund in Saudi Arabia, something that was denied by several journalists. In the midst of all this, a WWE shareholder, Scott A. Fellows, sued Vince McMahon for returning to the leadership of the company.

According to Bloomberg Law documents, Scott A. Fellows accuses Vince McMahon of violating his fiduciary duty and imposing his will on WWE and the Board of Directors by wanting to change laws unfairly and that could harm the way how the board makes its decisions.

In the process, it is also pointed out that other shareholders of WWE can join it and reinforce the accusation against Vince McMahon. According to Bloomberg, no one connected to WWE or Vince McMahon has yet commented on this lawsuit.
