CHAD GABLE CONFIRMS SIDELINE DUE TO SHOULDER INJURY
WWE superstar Chad Gable has publicly revealed that he is absent from the company's television programming due to a serious rotator cuff injury, which required surgery in early July 2025.
Gable's absence began after a backstage attack during the June 23 episode of WWE Raw, when he was the victim of an armbreaker applied by Penta. On the following episode, he appeared with his arm in a cast, and it was announced that he would undergo surgery.
During an interview with the Minnesota Twins' official channels, where he was watching the game on July 27, Gable commented on his situation:
"It's a bummer, but at least I can enjoy more time with my family and do things like come to a Twins game."
The fighter explained that, despite the injury being unforeseen, he has been trying to find the positive side of the temporary absence from the WWE route. So far, there is no forecast for his return to the ring, and the recovery time is still uncertain.
