DREW MCINTYRE MAY BE LEAVING WWE

With strong rumors circulating that Drew McIntyre may be leaving WWE, Booker T has already commented on the matter. The Scottish fighter has been away from WWE programming since WrestleMania 39, so there is a lot of speculation about what his future will be. On the episode of his podcast The Hall of Fame, Booker T commented on the current status of the "Scottish Warrior":

"I heard that Drew McIntyre's contract is coming to an end and that he might be leaving to go on to other things. I don't know. I don't know if this is true. The fact that he's not in the tournament [for the World Heavyweight Championship] says something, right?

We'll see how that plays out. I say keep things as they are. For me, what matters is that the fighters can earn money. If a guy wants out, we let him out.

Drew McIntyre has worked for WWE not once, but twice. He knows what the system is. One thing about being in the system, after being in the system for so long, you want to get out."
