WWE BEATS AEW IN AUDIENCE THIS WEEKEND

Last weekend, no less than three special events were held, two from WWE, with Night of Champions and Battleground, and one from AEW with Double or Nothing.

 According to international sources, WWE defeated AEW in an alleged “search war” on the internet. Night of Champions reached over 200,000 searches in the United States, while Double or Nothing reached 50,000. Battleground was third as the least searched.

Night of Champions achieved a higher search than Backlash, which had already been considered a huge success in April. Double or Nothing had numbers similar to February's Revolution. Battleground was inferior to Vengeance Day.
