MONEY IN THE BANK WINNER MAY CHALLENGE NXT CHAMPION
On yesterday's show, Butch faced and ended up defeating Baron Corbin to qualify for this year's Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams were on hand to see the match, with Baron Corbin currently embroiled in a feud with the two NXT wrestlers. During that match, commentator Michael Cole made it clear that the winner of the contract will be able to cash in on any WWE title, including the NXT Championship.
In this way, it was confirmed that the contract can be used for all titles, as with Austin Theory, who cashed in on the WWE United States Championship. To date, the Money in the Bank suitcase has never been used by the NXT Championship.
