MERGER BETWEEN WWE AND UFC COMPLETED

After WrestleMania 39, it was announced that Endeavor purchased WWE and will form a new global company that will combine it and UFC.

During this Tuesday, it was announced in a statement made by WWE and Endeavor that the sale of Vince McMahon's company and the merger with UFC is complete. From today onwards, this company will be called TKO Group Holdings and it will be the first time ever that WWE will not have Vince McMahon as its owner.

As previously announced, Ari Emanuel will be the President of TKO Group Holdings, Dana White will continue as Chief Executive Officer of the UFC, Nick Khan will be the President of WWE, while Vince McMahon will lead the Board of Directors of TKO Group Holdings .

What this merger will change in WWE remains to be seen, but it has long been speculated that there will be layoffs once this deal is completed.
