After leaving WWE earlier this month, three-time Emmy Award winner Jennifer Pepperman has joined AEW as Vice President of Content Development. Now, according to a statement from AEW, Jennifer Pepperman will work alongside Tony Khan to help develop the new company's television product.

Regarding this latest addition, Tony Khan said:

"Adding the brilliant mind of Jennifer Pepperman to the AEW team opens the door to new and exciting ideas, and will help us build on the incredible stories currently in development on the road to Revolution.

The effects of Jennifer's arrival in AEW will be felt for many years to come. We are excited to welcome you today, and I look forward to your creativity and collaboration with our team in what will be AEW's biggest year yet."

Having initially joined WWE in 2017, Jennifer Pepperman served as a Senior Writer and Producer until her departure this month.

Most recently, the writer was in WWE working on the SmackDown women's division. Just a week ago, he decided to leave the market leader, with WWE people praising his creativity and energy.
