 During his flight to Perth for the show, Rodriguez's face began to swell due to a bout of mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS). However, she competed anyway and managed to fight. She spoke positively about her time in Australia despite this in a post on social media.

Raquel Rodriguez acknowledged the support she has received and expressed gratitude to the people who helped her during the challenging circumstances, including Vanessa of @lymphaticmassageperth and the WWE medical team.
