KAZUCHIKA OKADA WILL OFFICIALLY SIGN WITH AEW

Kazuchika Okada is wrapping up his career in Japan and looks like he's on the verge of becoming All Elite. All signs point to him choosing the AEW offer over the WWE offer, and now it looks like fans won't have long to wait.

According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, Kazuchika Okada is set to join All Elite Wrestling following his departure from NJPW. Although the agreement was effectively agreed in recent weeks, the finalization has not yet been confirmed. AEW has expressed confidence in securing his services for several weeks since mid-January.

 Specific plans regarding Kazuchika Okada's AEW debut have not yet been confirmed. However, this is expected to happen after he fulfills his obligations with New Japan Pro Wrestling. Creative concepts for Okada were already being discussed in January, with discussions in Las Vegas suggesting significant developments for the company in the first half of March.

 WWE was also in contention for Okada. It was further noted that WWE sources confirmed that there was a negotiation between Okada and WWE. However, AEW is expected to sign the former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion.
