WWE PREPARES BIG PLANS FOR GIULIA

Giulia has barely arrived at WWE and is already making history. After a remarkable stint in NXT, where she won the developmental brand's women's title, the Japanese fighter quickly rose to the main roster and is now beginning to make a name for herself on SmackDown. At Night of Champions 2025, Giulia defeated Zelina Vega and became the new United States Women's Champion. The victory consolidated what had already been said behind the scenes: WWE is preparing a significant push for the Japanese star, treating her as one of the future central figures of the blue brand's women's division. Sources indicate that the United States title is just the beginning of a more ambitious plan. The company believes that Giulia has all the necessary qualities to become a full-time main eventer: a striking presence, refined technique and international appeal. She not only represents a new generation of talent, but also expands WWE's presence in the Japanese market, some...

IYO SKY'S POSSIBLE SUMMERSLAM OPPONENT REVEALED?

On the Monday, June 23 edition of WWE Raw, wrestler Asuka officially confirmed the end of the Damage CTRL stable. The announcement came at a tense moment, during a backstage meeting with her former partner IYO SKY, who was looking to establish a new rivalry.

In a direct and straightforward segment, Asuka informed SKY that the stable was over. She was backstage discussing a possible title match at SummerSlam, when she was interrupted by SKY, who said he still wanted to face her. It was then that Asuka declared:

“We are not in Damage CTRL anymore."

The statement made the definitive break clear, ending any possibility of a reunion or continuity of the group in the near future.

Damage CTRL was formed in July 2022, originally by Bayley, alongside Dakota Kai and IYO SKY. Over time, the group has had important additions, such as Kairi Sane and Asuka, in 2023, under the name The Kabuki Warriors.

However, Dakota Kai's departure on May 2, 2025, added to the long periods of absence of Asuka and Kairi Sane due to injury, already indicated a silent dismantling of the stable.

With Asuka's return to the ring on June 16 and her participation in the Queen of the Ring tournament, space opens up for new relevant confrontations including a possible duel against IYO SKY. Asuka herself mentioned the fight for a title at SummerSlam during the segment.

In addition, according to sources such as the Times of India, the Japanese revealed that the break with the group was due to personal differences and vision, indicating that her new phase will focus on individual rivalries.

On social media, many fans commented that the official end of the group was necessary, while others are already eagerly awaiting a high-profile clash between Asuka and IYO SKY. Some believe that WWE intends to use this new momentum to boost both of them on the main stage, with a spotlight on future title disputes.
