IMPACT WRESTLING WANTS TO HIRE CM PUNK?

Since CM Punk was fired from AEW, following the incident with Jack Perry at All In, there has been a lot of talk about his future in Wrestling. At a time when WWE's doors seem to be closed to the fighter, other companies seem to be interested in signing him.

WrestlePurists podcaster Ibou stated that Impact Wrestling officials made a proposal to hire CM Punk. Whether or not this proposal was accepted is unknown, but Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp highlighted that many people in Impact Wrestling would like to have CM Punk on their programs.

The "Second City Saint" was quite friendly when he was backstage at an Impact Wrestling taping last April. With Bound For Glory taking place this Saturday, October 21st, we will see whether or not this speculation will become reality.
