DAMAGE CONTROL AT WRESTLEMANIA XL

IYO SKY will defend the WWE Women's Championship against Bayley at WrestleMania XL, but for now her groupmates, Asuka, Kairi Sane and Dakota Kai, will not have a fight at the event.

In the most recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer discussed potential plans for the Damage CTRL at WrestleMania XL. The journalist stated that Asuka & Kairi Sane will not defend the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania XL, but that the group will have a fight at the big event.

In recent weeks, Naomi has been trying to help Bayley in the fight against Damage CTRL, and Bianca Belair has also tried to help the recently returned fighter, but without success.

With Jade Cargill's presence announced for this Friday's SmackDown, there is speculation that the former AEW star will join Naomi and Bianca Belair to face the Damage CTRL trio.
