CAN EDGE COME ON AEW IN THE FUTURE?

Since Edge faced Sheamus on the last SmackDown, much has been speculated about the future of the Hall of Famer's career, as it was his last match in his current contract with WWE.

Already the night after that fight, Jim Ross mentioned the "Rated R Superstar" during Christian Cage's entrance at Collision last Saturday. According to PWTorch's Wade Keller, many people within WWE believe Edge will be signed by AEW.

The journalist's sources within WWE indicate that Edge presented the company with the contract he wanted to remain in the same, but this proposal was rejected. This rejection, with the belief that Edge already knows how much AEW will be able to pay him, leads many within WWE to believe that Tony Khan's company will eventually sign him.

It should also be noted that Tony Khan is a huge fan of Edge, which further increases the rumors of this possibility.
