JUDGMENT DAY MAY CHANGE IN THE FUTURE
Since Damian Priest became Mr.Money in the Bank at the premium live event in July, much has been discussed on WWE programming about possible tension between him and his Judgment Day teammate Finn Balor. In the current scenario, both are getting along better and it seems that this will not continue for long.
At SummerSlam, Balor challenged Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship, a match which saw Priest unintentionally cost Balor the match, as Rollins hit him with a "curb stomp" on Balor over Priest's briefcase.
However, this situation may not last, as Dave Meltzer revealed in the latest issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that it is planned for Priest to leave the group. While that could easily change, the long-term plan is to have Priest out of Judgment Day. JD McDonagh is expected to replace him in the stable, by all indications, but not in a concrete way.
While that may be the plan at some point in the future, there appears to be more story to be told within the group before a split occurs, most notably involving JD McDonagh, who seems to have garnered a certain amount of respect within the group following the end of this week's RAW.
