ENDEAVOR WANTS TO CREATE A NEW COMPANY

Since Vince McMahon returned to WWE, there has been a lot of speculation about the sale of the company, and even in the last few hours it has been pointed out that it could be sold and merged with the UFC.

That unification has now been confirmed, with Endeavor announcing that it will form a new global company that brings together WWE and UFC.

In a statement published on the respective corporate websites, it was announced that Endeavor will hold 51% of Endeavor's shares in the new company, while current WWE shareholders will have a 49% stake in it.

This new company is valued at more than 21 billion (billion) dollars, with the UFC being valued at 12.1 billion (billion) dollars and the WWE at 9.3 billion (billion) dollars.

It is not yet known what changes will happen in the day-to-day and programs of WWE, but it has already been announced that Vince McMahon will be the Executive Chair of the Board of the new company, while Ari Emanuel (of Endeavor) will be the CEO.

Nick Khan will continue in his role as WWE President, and Dana White will continue in his role as UFC President.
