WWE broadcast another edition of NXT on the CW Network this Tuesday, from the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, leading up to the Great American Bash on July 12. NAOMI ON THE ROAD TO IMPACT WRESTLING?

Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that Trinity Fatu (Naomi in WWE) will be the "big surprise" IMPACT Wrestling teases for their Chicago tapings on April 28. The report claims that Trinity's debut won't be a one-off appearance and is the start of a journey for her at the company.

 Trinity hasn't wrestled since May 2022, when she and Mercedes Mone (formerly Sasha Banks in WWE) left the company. She and Mone were the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions at the time of their departure.

 Trinity attended the ROH Supercard of Honor to support her friend Athena. She has also been backstage at NJPW shows to support Mercedes Mone and at GCW in Orlando. She registered the trademark “Trinity Starr” on March 20th, but abandoned the trademark on April 17th. 

Fights and segments from the Chicago IMPACT tapings will begin airing on Thursday, May 4th.
