WILL NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS BE HELD IN SAUDI ARABIA?

WWE decided to cancel the King and Queen of the Ring scheduled to take place in Saudi Arabia, replacing it with Night of Champions.

The company had already promoted the tournaments for May 27th, in Jeddah, however, it was recently announced that there will be another event after all. The Night of Champions is an old event, which ended in 2015 and which in recent years has been dubbed Clash of Champions.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, changing the event was an idea of ​​the creative team at WWE, and it is not known why they decided to cancel King and Queen of the Ring.

Still, the King and Queen of the Ring could still take place at a later date, as it's unknown if WWE will still hold the men's and women's tournament.
