UPDATE ON REY MYSTERIO'S HEALTH STATUS

In a recent edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer spoke a little more about the state of health of Rey Mysterio, after having suffered an apparent concussion in the past Friday Night SmackDown, where he faced and was defeated by Santos Escobar.

 Meltzer confirmed that indeed the possible injury occurred during a poorly executed "Suicide Dive", where he may have slammed his head hard into the ground.

Regarding his health, Meltzer stated that although WWE has not yet provided any updates, Mysterio continues to recover well, however, he will hardly return to the ring immediately.
