WWE IS MAKING A NEW WORLD BELT?

According to new reports, a new world title belt appears to be ready to debut in WWE any day now. WrestleVotes told GiveMeSport that WWE has created a new world title belt and the belt could debut at any time.

“There is a new belt. Not sure if it's getting a new name. I don't know if one of the titles is going to disappear, but there's a new belt that WWE made and the decision makers approved. Like, if they wanted to feature it on TV tomorrow, they could.  Everything is ready”

The report comes amid speculation that Cody Rhodes will defeat Roman Reigns to win the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at WrestleMania 39, with reports indicating that the main belt will be shared by SummerSlam.  Whether the division will see the belt revert to the WWE and Universal titles is unknown, however.

According to reports, Triple H is not a fan of the Universal Championship and he even considered scrapping the title and reviving the heavyweight big belt that was used in WCW and WWE until 2014, but the title would not fit the current aesthetic within the company.
