Kyle O'Reilly has been away from the ring since June 2022, and recently, the Canadian fighter has made some teases that he is already training to return to the ring soon. 

According to Fightful Select's Sean Ross Sapp, Kyle O'Reilly is backstage at AEW shows again. The journalist stated that the fighter was backstage at Tony Khan's company events again, something that had not happened since his injury. This presence of Kyle O'Reilly behind the scenes at AEW is seen as a sign that his return will happen soon, but for now everything is just speculation.
